Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Each flower has different characteristics and performs differently than other flowers that may be in the same container. If certain flowers begin to fade away, just remove those from the vase and adjust some of the other flowers so that they can continue bringing you joy. Nature is not always perfect and we are only as good as God is. If you are not happy with the quality of your arrangement you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery (per FTD and Teleflora's policy) and we will be happy to make you a new arrangement similar to the one you received.
